Letter to Citizens

Dear Citizen, 

As your elected constable, I intend to serve you with speedy personal service. All services provided by my office are performed by certified Texas peace officers who receive training every year in:

• Civil process and enforcement
• Community policing
• Criminal enforcement
• Youth services

I recognize that my deputies encounter conflicts on a daily basis in the course of their duties. I also realize there are times when they go above and beyond their call of duty. Too often they are remembered for the traffic tickets they issue, the arrests they make, or the bad news they deliver to front door steps, and not for the thousands of helping hands they extend.
