If you are already enrolled in the VA Health Care system and are using the facilities in Dallas or Fort Worth, the VA North Texas Healthcare System has a local contracted clinic where eligible veterans can get medical care and referrals as well. Contact the County Veteran Service Officer if you are interested in changing your primary care physician in Dallas, Fort Worth or Temple to Granbury.

Vet Center Counseling Services

"In The Zone" Peer to Peer Support Group
The "In the Zone" Peer to Peer Group was established to provide support, resources and friendship to veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress. The group is completely comprised of veterans with shared experiences who understand the effects of stress associated with military wartime service.
Meetings are held Wednesday evenings, 7:00PM at the U.S. Veterans Museum, 601 Thorp Springs Road, Granbury Texas.

Wet Veterans seeks to honor US Veterans and their families by providing opportunities for fellowship and social experiences through water related activities.
Wet Vets will meet beginning 1 November 2013 from 6:30-8:00 PM and every Friday thereafter at the Hood County YMCA, 833 Harbor Lakes Drive, Granbury Texas.
