Monthly Sales Results
We will post monthly sales results on the website. Results will note each cause number, property IDN, and whether the property was withdrawn, sold, or struck off. This is listed for informational purposes only. It will remain available for 45 days following each sale; after 45 days, the link will no longer be available. Properties may be withdrawn from the sale for various reasons, but may not be removed from the list. Please contact our office at (817) 579-3204 to see if any properties have been withdrawn.
Questions Concerning Properties
Any and all questions concerning all properties should be directed to your attorney prior to purchase as all sales are as is to the highest bidder on a buyer beware basis. All properties should be checked thoroughly before purchasing. Please note: The presence of a property on the tax sale list does not constitute permission to trespass on that property.
You may view additional tax information on the Hood County Appraisal District website by utilizing the legal description and property IDN / account number listed on the notice of sale.
